Across Cultures
Communication and event support for China–US people-to-people exchange and a decade of university partnerships.

- My contribution
- Exhibition content, media liaison & event coordination
Making cross-cultural dialogue tangible.
I helped turn ten years of exchange-related news and images into a cohesive photo exhibition, bringing the university’s international relationships into a form visitors could explore.
My work included media reception, liaison with government visitors, student-team guidance and launch-ceremony coordination. The wider event series brought together more than 2,000 Chinese and US experts and received coverage from CCTV and provincial media.
Four ways to connect
The China–US people-to-people exchange series connected formal dialogue with exhibitions, campus participation and cultural communication.
- 01
Dialogue
Conversations around student exchange, educational partnerships and future projects.
- 02
Exhibition
Stories and images make the university’s international relationships visible.
- 03
Co-creation
Faculty and students participate through cultural displays and hands-on activities.
- 04
Communication
Bilingual cultural stories extend the conversation to overseas audiences.
From an event to a shared encounter
For the 2024 tenth-anniversary exchange activities, I contributed to planning and delivery of the China–US Cultural and People-to-People Exchange Forum, including communication visuals, on-site materials and coordination across university teams.
From fragments to an exhibition
I reviewed ten years of news, photographs and historical material, selected key events and built a content structure for photo exhibitions. The work supported the 2024 international communication exhibition and the 2026 exhibition marking twenty years since the university’s founding agreement.
